Associate Douglas H. Tozzi graduated from the University of Georgia in 1998, with a B.A. in English. He received his law degree from Georgia State University in 2002. He was admitted to the state bar of Georgia in 2002, and is admitted to practice before all state courts in the State of Georgia, as well as in the Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Tozzi's litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants covers practice areas including immigration, corporate, and commercial law, personal injury, and landlord-tenant. He has successfully represented clients throughout the dispute resolution process, both as sole counsel and in support of L. Matt Wilson, from pre-litigation negotiations to mediation, jury trial, and appeal.
