Ronald W. Tigner has over 20 years hands on experience with public/private economic and community development partnerships employing equity and tax-exempt financing programs, business tax credits programs, historic and low income housing tax credits, asset based lending and U.S. government loand and loan guaranty programs.
Mr. Tigner is a member of the Washington, D.C. and Georgia bars. He is a founding member and general counsel to a Washington, D.C. based national trade association of rural economic lenders.
