Simon Jenner is a Senior Associate of the firm, having joined in 2008. Simon is a graduate of the College of Arts & Sciences at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude, with majors in History, Economics and Classics. Simon subsequently attended the Franklin Thomas Backus School of Law and Weatherhead School of Management, also at Case Western Reserve University, graduating in 2003 with a JD/MBA (with a special emphasis on finance and strategy). Simon was a member of Case's National Moot Court Team and a recipient of Case's Distinguished Advocates Award. He also served as an Executive Editor of The Health Matrix, one of this country's top ranked specialty law journals. Simon advises clients on a broad range of business and corporate matters, including shareholder's rights, corporate formation, corporate governance, and contract and deal formation. Simon also has extensive litigation experience, particularly in the areas of complex contract and commercial law, corporate governance and shareholder matters, Lanham Act and Unfair Competition, civil RICO, and fraud. Simon is admitted to the practice of law in the States of Georgia and Ohio.
