Douglas D. Ford

Associate Douglas D. Ford graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1994 with a B.A. in French Studies. He worked for Delta Air Lines before earning his law degree from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2005, where he received the highest grade in the Corporate Issues Seminar.
Mr. Ford specializes in complex litigation and trial advocacy. His experience ranges from cases involving breach of contract, torts, bankruptcy, fraud, trade secrets, copyright, construction, and corporate law. He has successfully represented clients throughout the dispute resolution spectrum from pre-litigation negotiations to mediation, jury trial, and appeal.
